What is Voicingers Festival?

Voicinger Festival is an international jazz festival that travels around the world. It utilizes music as a tool to promote cultural diversity as well as inclusivity. Using music as the international language, the festival employs the art of musical improvisation to surpass any cultural barriers. The festival also aims to educate young musicians about this art of improvisation, giving them techniques to hold on to, as well as good grounding for them to traverse to their other musical universe. Voicingers in Thailand

This is the first time for the festival to travel to Thailand. With the spirit of the festival, there will be local musicians performing with Voincingers team. There will be a good amount of memorable improvised music. It wll happen once and this train is not coming back. So, don't miss it! Join us! :)

Who is Grzegorz Karnas?

Grzegorz Karnas - jazz vocalist, music producer, and educator. Throughout his career, he has worked with top-line artists of the European jazz scene. His art and performances are well recognized globally for which he was awarded the Grand Prix of the International Jazz Vocal Competition in Zamość, Poland, Grand Prix of Young Jazz Singers Competition in Brussels, Belgium as well as the Crest Jazz Vocal competition in France.

Being noticed by the juries, music press and the audiences Karnas' band started touring around Europe, Africa, and Asia including appearances in concert halls, open-air events, and clubs. So far Karnas has released 7 albums. His live performance was recorded in Budapest and released by a Hungarian label BMC Records as AUDIO BEADS and was recognized by the New York City Jazz Record as one of the best jazz vocal releases of 2013.

Since 2008 Karnas has been the spiritus movens of Intercultural Gathering For Music, Expression, and Creativity "Voicingers" - a multi-gender traveling festival promoting the most original jazz and improvisational artists from all over the world while educating on how to look for one own's voice in making music.
