ARTISTS:

1. KASINA ANSVANANDA

Kasina was born on the 6th of September in Bangkok, Thailand. She started her passion for music and violin at the age of 4 and studied with Omporn Kowintha, then at 9 years old studied with Prof. Siripong Tiptan. Later in 2018, she then continued her music studies at the Yehudi Menuhin School under instruction of Prof. Akiko Ono. Now she currently studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, under instruction of Prof. Dora Schwarzberg.

As a very active performer in her generation, Kasina has had masterclasses with many renowned violinists including Prof. Koichiro Harada, Prof. Nam Yun Kim, Prof. Mayuko Kamio, Prof. Boris Belkin, Prof. Barnabas Keleme, Prof. Boris Brovtsyn and Prof. Mihaela Martin. She has also participated in prestigious courses such as Ishikawa International Summer Academy, Chigiana Summer Academy, isa and Festival Academy Budapest.

She won many top prizes from competitions including The 14th Arthur Grumiaux International Violin Competition 2022, Tunbridge Wells International Music Competition 2021, Osaka International Music Competition 2016 and Princess Galyani Vadhana International Ensemble Competition 2016&2017 and The Final Beethoven Music Competition which granted her an opportunity to play a concert at the Beethovenfest 2018 in Bonn, Germany. She has also enjoyed performing in countries abroad such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy, Austria, UK and Belgium. Recently she participated in the Carl Flesch International Violin Competition in Mosonmagyerovar, Hungary.

2. SUPAWEE SRISURICHAN

Supawee began his musical training at the age of 4, but he did not devote himself to serious study of the piano instrument until the age of 11. He was a student of Mr.Sek Thongsuwan and Ms.Susama Pongpladisai. He also had lessons regularly with Prof.Rolf-Dieter Arens.

In 2017, he moved to study in Europe at the famous Mozarteum University of Salzburg (Pre- College Program), where he studied under the tutelage of Professor Claudius Tanski. One year later, he entered the university's Bachelor program as one of the youngest candidates at the age of 16. Currently, he continues his master studies under the tutelage of Professor Pavel Gililov at the Mozarteum.

He won prizes in many piano competitions, such as the Set Youth Musician Competition (1st prize), Thailand Steinway Youth Piano Competition (2nd prize), the Final Beethoven Piano Competition in Thailand (1st prize), Thailand Mozart International Piano Competition (1st prize: Category: 18-24 years old), received 1st prize twice successively at the Princes Galyani Vadhana International Ensemble Competition both in 2016 and 2017 (Category: Duet for Piano and another Instrument).

He was invited to perform at the Beethoven Festival in Bonn. In February 2019, he performed Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor with Orchestra at the Great Concert Hall of the Stiftung Mozarteum (Grosser Saal der Stiftung Mozarteum), which was successfully received by the public. He was invited to give a speech at St. Gilgen International School, in the series “StGIS Inspiring People – Volume 13”. He also recorded a video production of Beethoven’s Sonata opus 31 no.2 “The Tempest” as part of the project called “Beethoven Project” for the famous publishing edition “Henle Verlag”. Supawee’s performance of the Sonata can be viewed on the Official Website of Henle Verlag.

He has attended masterclasses with many pianists from around the world, including Idil Biret, Elisabeth Leonskaja, Anna Malikova, Andreas Groethuysen, Christopher Harding, Rolf Plagge, Ning An.
