The concert opens with Christoph Willibald Gluck's ethereal "Dance of Blessed Spirits," setting a celestial tone. W.A. Mozart's delightful "Andante in C Major" and captivating "Rondo in D Major" follow, revealing the composer's mastery of melodic elegance.
J.S. Bach's Sonata in g minor, featuring three movements of contrasting tempos (Allegro, Adagio, Allegro), offers a glimpse into the Baroque era's intricate compositions. Gaetano Donizetti's Sonata in C Major seamlessly blends lyrical largos with spirited allegros, showcasing the flute's dynamic capabilities.
